《剪刀小姐的第三法则 Recoil Witch HASAM》是一款有趣休闲游戏。扔出剪刀，把所有敌人都干倒吧。当然主角并不是什么雅原小姐，而是这名HASAMI(剪刀)小姐。游戏玩法很简单，点击屏幕发射子弹，子弹既能攻击敌人也可以用反作用力帮助角色移动。游戏最大有30个关卡，并共有3名可爱的妹子能让玩家操作。
